We want you to find your perfect fit, which is why we offer a 30-day return period for all unworn boots in their original packaging. Please ensure the protective film on the soles remains intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the boots back in their original DuoBoots box with all internal packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of the parcel, and drop it off at your nearest collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
